Swalwell backs off case towards Pulte in loan fraud battle

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) on Friday dropped his lawsuit towards Federal Housing Finance Company (FHFA) Director Invoice Pulte after Swalwell was once accused of loan fraud.
