WESTERN CONFERENCE FINALS
No. 2 SAN ANTONIO (+135) vs. No. 1 OKLAHOMA CITY (-160)
Tied 1-1
GAME 3 — OKC @ SAS (May 22)
Spread: Thunder -2.5
Moneyline: Thunder -135, Spurs +114
O/U: 216.5
What to know: Wow. Talk about a start to a series. The Spurs and Thunder took the floor for Game 1, and the two teams didn’t leave until they completed a double-overtime masterpiece. It was OKC’s first loss of the postseason after it swept through the first two rounds. Game 2 was a thriller in its own right, with OKC evening things at a game apiece. Heading into Game 3, the Thunder are an underdog for the first time this postseason.
EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS
No. 4 CLEVELAND (+320) vs. No. 3 NEW YORK (-425)
NY leads 1-0
GAME 2 — CLE @ NY (May 21)
Spread: Knicks -6.5
Moneyline: Knicks -238, Cavs +195
O/U: 216.5
What to know: Talk about a meltdown. The Cavs led the Knicks by 22 with just under eight minutes to go in the fourth quarter, but proceeded to score just 11 points the rest of the way, which included an overtime period. With that, New York stormed back and won by 11 — a 33-point swing over the course of 13 minutes! That’s a bad loss for Cleveland, who will head into Game 2 for its ninth game in 17 days. It will be the New York’s sixth game in the last 18 days.
